This initiative aims to foster the practical, lived experiences of BIPOC who aspire to start, grow or secure a fulfilling career in the creative industry in need of their professional potential. To diversify the recruitment pipeline and contribute to an ecosystem where information, expertise, and opportunities are no longer a secret, this initiative will include a paid internship with a creative agency. This second intervention is in partnership with Carl Social Club.

Job description
The right person seeks to work in an agency and gain experience in coordination and content production.
Oversee the coordination and delivery of various social media advertising projects, including motion design, photo and video content production for all the agency’s clients.
A positive and proactive attitude that will allow the person to work closely with the Producer, the production coordinator, the account managers and our team members to create a collaborative environment where innovative ideas and results are achieved.
This person will be at the center of the administrative and organizational activities of the production.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate content production projects (video, photo and audiovisual) and coordinate activities with various internal and external partners;
Plan and maintain up-to-date schedules for different productions, from pre-production to completion;
Keep track of legal documents such as contracts, image rights expiry, etc;
Perform various purchases related to projects and productions;
Help the team respond to briefs by supporting them in the development of digital and content strategies;
Seek and assign external resources for projects;
Present creative solutions to unexpected challenges;
Respect production deadlines;
Stay within the budget for each project.
Requirements
Currently completing a degree in production, communications, marketing, project management or any other related field.
Bilingual.
The ability to manage projects in detail without losing sight of the overall objectives.
To fully understand the world of digital advertising and social media.

Your registration must be submitted via form from September 21 to September 30, 2022, at 11:59 a.m.
Every section of the application must be completed. (incomplete application will not be reviewed or accepted.)
You must be available 20 hours per week
Must be flexible to work in person or remotely
Internship starting & end date: October 24, 2022, to January 28, 2023
Internship salary: $17/h
